Roomerit Platform

1. Definitions

  • Platform: The Roomerit digital system for managing requests and communication via QR codes and AI.
  • Facility: Any hotel, hospital, medical center, or service entity using the platform.
  • End User: Any guest, patient, visitor, or user accessing the service.
  • Service: All technical and software features provided by Roomerit.

2. Scope of Service

  • Roomerit is a technical platform for organizing and facilitating requests and communication only.
  • Roomerit does not provide operational, hospitality, medical, or professional services.
  • All services are delivered entirely by the Facility and its staff.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • Roomerit shall not be liable for delays, errors, or improper service execution by the Facility.
  • Quality or outcomes of services provided to End Users.
  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
  • Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of one month’s subscription fee.

4. Artificial Intelligence

  • AI-generated responses are assistive tools only.
  • They do not constitute: Medical advice, Diagnosis, or Binding operational decisions.
  • The Facility is fully responsible for reviewing content and controlling AI features.

5. Medical Use Disclaimer

  • The platform must not be used for emergencies or critical medical decisions.
  • The Facility is responsible for directing users to official medical channels when necessary.

6. Content and Data

  • All data entered into the platform is the sole responsibility of the Facility.
  • Roomerit does not verify the accuracy or legality of such content.
  • Roomerit may use anonymized, non-personal data for analytics and system improvement.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Roomerit implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.
  • Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties, except as required for service operation.
  • The Facility is responsible for obtaining user consent and complying with local regulations.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan.
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Roomerit reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

9. Suspension or Termination

  • Roomerit may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse or policy violation.
  • The Facility may cancel the subscription, with service continuing until the end of the paid period.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All platform software, interfaces, designs, and code are the exclusive property of Roomerit.
  • Copying, reselling, reverse engineering, or imitation is prohibited.

11. Modifications

  • Roomerit may update services or policies at any time.
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.

12. Force Majeure

  • Roomerit is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the company’s country of registration.
  • Disputes shall be resolved amicably, or through arbitration or competent courts if required.

14. Acceptance

By using the Roomerit platform, the Facility confirms full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Roomerit is a technology platform facilitating communication and service organization, while full responsibility for service delivery and compliance remains with the Facility.
